The Almaroad family first got into the home building business in 1977 with "Sam Almaroad Construction". That business is still going strong today! Sam is a general contractor, and has built some of the most beautiful homes you've ever seen in your life! 

The home building business was making great money until 2010, when the housing market crashed. That was a very hard time for the Almaroad family, and they're still recovering from it today. 

Almaroad Properties started in 2000. The office is located on Pelham Road, and includes many offices for realtors and meeting rooms. The two businesses sometimes crossover because when Sam consults a new client about building them a house, they meet at the Almaroad Properties office. It is very cool to see two businesses work together so smoothly!
